At SneakerNest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer the right of withdrawal, exchange, or refund under the following terms, in accordance with European consumer law.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind Returns)

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day you received the product (or the last product, in case of multiple deliveries).

Return Conditions (for Withdrawal):

• The item must be shipped back within 14 days from the date of notifying us of your intent to withdraw.

• The product must be unworn, unused, undamaged and in perfect resalable condition.

• All original tags, accessories, and the original packaging (box) must be included.

Cost of Return: The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item (shipping costs back to our warehouse).

2. Defective or Incorrect Items Returns

If the product you received is defective or incorrect (i.e., different from what you ordered), SneakerNest takes full responsibility. We will cover all return shipping costs and will either send you a new, correct product or offer a full refund.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide photographic evidence of the defect or error.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order without charge as long as it is still in the “Processing” or “Preparation” stage. No fees or commissions apply for cancelling orders that have not yet been shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You must wait to receive it and use your Right of Withdrawal (Section 1).

4. Refund Policy

Procedure: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. Refund Amount: A refund is approved for the full value of the product and the initial shipping cost (if any, as we offer Free Shipping). Timeline: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after the returned product is received by our warehouse and passes inspection.

5. Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange for a different size or a product of equal value within 14 days of delivery. The product must meet the same Return Conditions (unworn, with original packaging).

The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with sending the item back for exchange.

6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return, exchange, or to report a defective item:

• Visit our Customer Support page or email us at info@sneakernest.eu.

• Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

• We will send you an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and detailed instructions for shipping the product back to our warehouse.
